Usage & Installation Method: Preparation: Turn off the engine and close the fuel inlet valve to release residual pressure inside the fuel pipeline. Prepare a filter wrench, absorbent rags and a container to collect spilled diesel fuel. Remove old filter: Rotate the old filter counterclockwise to unscrew it completely. Thoroughly clean the mounting base to wipe away old gasket residue, dirt and residual fuel thoroughly. Gasket lubrication: Apply a thin layer of clean diesel fuel evenly on the new rubber sealing gasket. Do not use grease, as it will cause rubber aging, swelling and sealing failure. Install new filter: Hand-tighten SGL-2000615 clockwise until the gasket fits tightly against the base surface, then turn an additional 3/4 turn with a wrench. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage and gasket deformation. Leakage test: Restore fuel supply and start the engine to idle for 3–5 minutes.
