SGL2000108 WK962/7 fuel filter  FUEL Filter  Our SGL2000108 WK962/7 fuel filter is a professional spin-on diesel fuel water separator specially designed for heavy-duty commercial trucks and industrial diesel engines. Usage & Installation Method: Preparation: Turn off the vehicle engine, relieve residual fuel pressure of the fuel system, prepare a wrench, new sealing gasket and oil-absorbing cloth to collect spilled diesel. Remove Old Filter: Twist the old fuel filter counterclockwise to unscrew it from the filter base, wipe the mounting seat completely clean to remove old oil residue and dirt. Prep New Filter: Apply a thin layer of clean diesel oil on the new rubber sealing gasket of WK962/7 filter for better tightness; do not use grease to avoid chemical reaction. Install the Filter: Screw the new filter clockwise by hand until the gasket closely fits the base surface, then tighten it 3/4 turn with a wrench (Do not over-tighten to prevent thread damage or gasket deformation). Inspection & Test: Start the engine and idle for 3-5 minutes, check the joint for fuel leakage. If no leak appears, the installation is completed normally.   Replacement Cycle: Replace the filter every 20,000 – 30,000 kilometers for highway trucks; shorten the cycle to 10,000 – 15,000 kilometers for vehicles working in dusty, muddy or low-quality fuel environments.
