R60S-PHC-C fuel filter

R60S-PHC-C fuel filter

  • SGL2000112 R60S-PHC-C FUEL Filter  Our aftermarket SGL2000112 R60S-PHC-C fuel filter is a high-precision secondary diesel fine filter specially engineered to replace the original Racor Parker R60S-PHC-C filter element. Adopting professional multi-layer hydrophobic composite filter media with 2μm ultra-fine filtration accuracy, it efficiently traps fine solid particles, rust, sludge, colloids and separates free water mixed in diesel fuel, fully protecting fuel injectors, fuel pumps and precision engine components from abrasion, clogging and water corrosion. Manufactured strictly in accordance with OEM size standards, this spin-on filter perfectly matches the original installation interface for direct plug-and-play replacement, widely compatible with Chaochai 4102 engines, Foton, JAC light commercial trucks and corresponding engineering machinery. With stable flow performance, long service life and cost-effective aftermarket pricing, it is an ideal maintenance part for fleet companies, auto repair shops and global light truck users. Usage & Installation Method: Preparatory Work: Shut down the vehicle engine and release residual pressure inside the fuel pipeline; prepare a filter wrench, absorbent rags and a new sealing gasket to contain spilled diesel fuel. Remove Old Filter: Rotate the old fuel filter counterclockwise to detach it from the filter base. Thoroughly wipe the mounting seat to remove residual dirt, old oil and hardened gasket residue completely. Prep The New Filter: Coat a thin layer of clean diesel oil evenly on the rubber sealing ring of the R60S-PHC-C filter to enhance sealing tightness. Do not use grease to avoid chemical deterioration of the rubber gasket. Mount The Filter: Screw the new filter clockwise by hand until the gasket closely fits the base surface, then tighten it 3/4 additional turn with a wrench. Do not over-tighten, which will cause thread cracking or gasket deformation and oil leakage. Leakage Inspection: Start the engine and keep idling for 3–5 minutes. Carefully check the connection position for diesel leakage. No leakage indicates successful installation. Standard Replacement Cycle: Replace the filter every 15,000 – 20,000 kilometers under regular highway driving conditions; shorten the cycle to 10,000 kilometers if operating in dusty construction sites or using low-quality diesel fuel.
