SGL-211200014 P765325 Spin-On Diesel Fuel Filter SGL-211200014 fuel filter is a premium aftermarket spin-on replacement element cross-referenced to Donaldson P765325, specially developed for heavy-duty commercial trucks, off-road construction machinery and industrial diesel generator units. Built with multi-layer reinforced resin-impregnated filter media, this filter efficiently captures rust, sand, sludge, dust and colloidal contaminants contained in diesel fuel. It provides solid protection for fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps and delicate engine internal parts against abrasion, clogging and premature failure. Produced strictly following OEM dimensional standards, it enables direct plug-and-play installation without cutting or modification. Featuring stable fuel flow performance, outstanding dirt holding capacity and affordable wholesale pricing, it is a reliable daily maintenance spare part for machinery repair shops, fleet companies and global filter distributors.
Core material and internal structure:
Preparation: Turn off the engine completely, close the fuel inlet valve and release residual pressure inside fuel pipelines. Prepare a filter wrench, absorbent rags and a container to collect spilled diesel fuel.
Remove old filter: Rotate the used filter counterclockwise to unscrew it fully. Clean the mounting base thoroughly to wipe away old gasket residue, dirt and residual fuel completely.
Gasket pre-treatment: Apply a thin layer of clean diesel evenly on the new rubber sealing gasket. Do not use grease, which will cause rubber aging and lead to sealing failure.
Install the new filter: Hand-tighten SGL-211200014 clockwise until the gasket fits tightly against the base surface, then tighten an extra 3/4 turn with a wrench. Never over-tighten to avoid thread damage and gasket deformation.
Leakage inspection: Restore fuel supply and start the engine for 3–5 minutes of idling. Carefully check the connection joint; installation is successful if no fuel leakage is found.
Replacement cycle: Conduct regular replacement under standard highway working conditions. Shorten the service interval appropriately when working on dusty construction sites, mining areas or using low-grade diesel fuel.
