Our high-grade cotton gauze is processed with a proprietary adhesive and sandwiched between dual layers of epoxy-coated aluminum mesh, creating a high-efficiency filtration net. This design effectively traps dust, sand particles and other harmful contaminants, while delivering superior airflow compared to conventional paper filters—ultimately boosting engine horsepower and enhancing acceleration performance.

The air filter provides high-flow, virtually unrestricted airflow and effectively protects the engine throughout the vehicle's lifespan. The washable, reusable air filter consists of four to six layers of cotton gauze sandwiched between two layers of epoxy-coated wire mesh. The filter element features a pleated design and is oil-treated to enhance overall filtration efficiency and performance.

Crafted with a highly air-permeable cotton fiber filter medium and a straight-flow air design, this air filter delivers a filtration efficiency of over 99.9% and cuts intake resistance by more than 20% versus conventional filter elements. It supplies the engine with clean, ample air to boost power output and fuel economy, and its washable, reusable design also extends service life substantially.
