  • SGL-2002301 2000257 HA10002730 4D32RT30-24120 2003501 Spin-On Diesel Fuel Water Separator Filter SGL-2002301 is a high-efficiency spin-on integrated fuel water separator filter, cross part numbers: 2000257, HA10002730, 4D32RT30-24120, 2003501. This filter is specially developed to match Yunnei 4D32 series light-duty diesel engines for light commercial trucks, agricultural machinery and small construction equipment. Adopting multi-layer hydrophobic reinforced cellulose filter media, it can efficiently filter rust, sand, sludge, colloidal solid particles and separate free moisture mixed in diesel fuel simultaneously. It effectively protects fuel injectors, low-pressure fuel pumps and precision engine parts from abrasion, corrosion and blockage. Produced strictly in accordance with OEM original size standards, it supports direct plug-and-play installation without modification. Featuring stable flow rate, large dirt holding capacity and economical aftermarket cost, it is a premium maintenance spare part for repair shops, light-duty vehicle fleets and global filter wholesale distributors. Usage & Installation Method: Preparation: Turn off the vehicle engine completely, close the fuel inlet valve to cut fuel supply, release residual pressure inside the fuel pipeline. Prepare a filter wrench, oil-absorbing rags and a waste fuel container to collect spilled diesel. Remove old filter: Rotate the old fuel filter counterclockwise to unscrew it. Thoroughly wipe the filter mounting base to remove old gasket residue, dirt and residual fuel completely. Preprocess new filter: Apply a thin layer of clean diesel evenly on the rubber sealing gasket. Do not use grease, which will cause rubber swelling, aging and sealing failure. Install the filter: Hand-tighten the SGL-2002301 filter clockwise until the gasket fits tightly against the base surface, then tighten an additional 3/4 turn with a wrench. Do not over-tighten, to avoid thread damage or gasket deformation and fuel leakage. Leakage inspection: Reopen the fuel valve and start the engine for 3–5 minutes of idling. Carefully check the connecting joint; installation is successful if there is no fuel leakage. Standard replacement cycle: Replace every 15,000–22,000 km under normal highway driving conditions. Shorten the cycle to 10,000–15,000 km when operating in dusty farmland, construction sites or using low-quality diesel fuel.
